I don't know the exact copyrights, but the image is of Inquisitor Eisenhorn of Dan Abnett's Eisenhorn Trilogy.

The image is by Clint Langley, a prominent fantasy and science fiction illustrator.

Nice artwork but the wallpaper is a little... Empty if you know what I mean.
